Barusan pulang dari Piknik-nya Quest (now Givaudan) minggu lalu (14-15 Juli'07). Taon ini kita berangkat ke Anyer, nginep di Sol Elite Marbella. Naik bus pariwisata, kira2 3 jam perjalanan dari Jl. Raya Bogor sini. Kita lewat tol Cibubur, masuk ke lingkar luar yg arah Pondok Indah, keluar di Serpong, lalu masuk tol lagi ke arah Merak. Keluar tolnya di Cilegon kalo gak salah.. di Krakatau Steel.. and the rest, kayanya ikutin jalan aja deh. Too bad gue gak took any pictures of the hotel. But here is one taken during survey. Not too bad kan pemandangannya di hotel.. :D This is the first time I went to Anyer. And I found it OK. Compared to the beaches in Ujung Genteng, it sure not as good as Ujung Genteng. The beach in Anyer was really full pack of people, not only tourists, but also packed by "pedagang asongan". Me and my just-married-husband went to Kamandalu Resort in Ubud area, Bali. We found this place for the internet site www.weddingku.com , which have a very nice options of honeymoon destinations for us- newly weds, to choose from. And among those many choices, I pick Kamandalu resort. The resort is about 1 hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar, Bali). We was picked up by hotel's transportation. On our way to Ubud area, we stop by a traditional restaurant and tried a food they called LAWAN for lunch. This is a traditional Balinese dish. I took a picture of it before we start eating, There's a soup and the plate is filled with combination of pig meat in about 3 different taste, plus other stuff like 'pig blood', crispy skin, and there's also a combination of vegetables like gado2.. but it tastes more like an "urap" to me. hehe..
